Reel repair

We received a request to develop a solution for a problem where the hose repeatedly jammed and became damaged. There was also a need to lubricate the rollers to prevent them from seizing, as well as a system to keep the hoses efficiently organized.

 
In response to this challenge, we designed new clamps that not only held the hoses in the correct position but also protected them from damage. The result was a successful solution that effectively addressed the issue.

Following the positive outcome of the first implementation, we received three additional requests to apply the same solution and resolve the problem again, demonstrating the trust in our expertise and the success of our approach.
